Glenmorangie Single Malt Scotch Whisky originates in the Scottish Highlands where it is distilled in the tallest malt whisky stills in Scotland, expertly matured in the finest oak casks, only used twice. Featured in the EWA Certificate in Scotch Whisky Kit as an example of a whiskey made in a tall copper still.

Mortlach 16yr (S42)

Featured in the EWA Intro to Whisky Kit as an example of using a Worm Tub Condenser during the distillation process.

Chivas Regal 18 Gold Signature (S43)

Created by Master Blender Colin Scott including over 20 single malts from around Scotland. Aroma of dried fruits, melted butter and dark chocolate. From the oldest continuously operating Highland distillery.

Tamdhu 12 yr (S44)

From Speyside and matured in ex-sherry casks for 12 years, this drink holds aromas of cinnamon rolls, orange candy, fresh oak, raisins & traces of mint. EWA Certificate in Scotch Whisky Kit as an example of Sherry cask maturation

Shackleton Blended Malt Whisky (S46)

The brand is most famous for being the whisky of choice of Sir Ernest Shackleton to accompany his 1907 expedition to the South Pole. The 25 cases of Mackinlay’s Rare Old Highland Malt were made to order at a specific 47.3% abv strong enough to withstand freezing temperatures.

Auchentoshan American Oak (S47)

Triple distilled and matured solely in American bourbon casks. The result: a Lowland Single Malt Whisky with the sweet aromas of vanilla and coconut – along with the signature smooth, delicate, Auchentoshan taste.

Arran 10 yr (S48)

From Arran Island, with remarkable water from Loch na Davie. First released in 2006, this 10-year whisky is the flagship single malt from Arran located on the namesake island off the southwest coast of the mainland.

Aberlour 12 yr (S49)

Aberlour Single Malt was born in the Speyside village of Aberlour, made with local spring water from the Ben Rinnes and barley now locally sourced from the fields of our distillery. Aberlour specialises in double cask maturation, with whiskies matured in Oloroso sherry and American oak casks that are then combined to impart depth, complexity and character.
