Esipz is a member of the Alcohol Education Alliance who provide consumer and professional education in the world of wine, beer and spirits. The rise in online education led us to find a way to faciliate quality tastings for our students while still delivering remote classes and exams.

WHO CHOOSES WHAT IS IN YOUR KITS?

The instructors at the Wine Education Insitute, Spirits Education Institute and Beer Education Institute are given free reign to build kits that they feel are best suited to their students.

WHERE CAN YOU SHIP?

Esipz.com only ships in the US at this time. As a Colorado Limited Winery and Distillery we can ship to most states with the exception of Utah, Pensylvania and Alabama.

WHY DO YOU USE THAT CODE RATHER THAN THE WINE'S REAL NAME?

As we rebottle both wines and spirits in Colorado, almost all of our products can no longer be named from where they originate. For instance, "Barolo" cannot be on a bottle label unless the wine was actually bottled in Barolo. It would be impossible to get EVERY producer we feature to bottle in 50ml bottles just for us so we do it for them. Rest assured, every kit comes with a QR code linking to details about every wine in every kit.

WHEN WILL YOU BUILD A KIT FOR XXXXX?

The demand for these kits has been astounding, we are prioritizing additional kits for additional applications as soon as feasible. If you have a "killer" kit, reach out and we'll talk about it. Especially if you're from Sicily, we really need a field trip.

HOW DO YOU MAINTAIN QUALITY AND MINIMIZE OXIDATION?

Esipz uses sterilized pharmaceutical vials and PET plastic bottles for all samples. We flush the filling hopper prior to emptying bottles, again blanket the product while in the hopper and then flush EVERY container with Argon prior to filling. Some oxidation is un-avoidable but we do our best to minimize oxidation.

WHAT IF I DON'T SIGN FOR MY SHIPMENT?

Hey, we can only do so much. If we get the package to your door and you can't be there on the multiple attempts for delivery, then that's on you. We will NOT refund your order if you can't be bothered to show up for it.

DO I HAVE TO BE 21 TO ORDER FROM YOU?

Yes, you have to be 21 years of age to order from esipz.com. An adult signature is required for delivery. Failure to sign for the package and its return will result in only a partial refund of the purchase price. If you're trying to access alcohol and you're underage, look elsewhere.
