Bushmills 10yr Single Malt (S50)

Bushmills 10 year old is 100% malted barley, triple-distilled, then aged for 10 years individually in seasoned bourbon barrels and sherry casks before being married into an extremely smooth whiskey. Bushmills single malt is a tradition passed down for generations and one of the world's great whiskeys. The gateway to Irish single malt, the 10-year showcases the exceptional flavor, character and signature smoothness that Bushmills’ long legacy of single malt, copper pot whiskey-making can achieve. 40% ABV

Teeling Single Grain (S51)

A wholly unique style within Irish Whiskey, pushing the boundaries of convention, at the intersect of where old meets new. Teeling Single Grain Irish Whiskey is crafted using an unconventional mash bill consisting of 95% corn and 5% malted barley that has been triple distilled and matured exclusively in French oak Ex-Cabernet Sauvignon red wine casks from California, producing a truly unique Irish Whiskey NOSE: Spice and fruit notes mingle with an underlying sweet nose. TASTE: Strong spice at the start developing into lush red berries and grapes, with drying tannin effect at the end. FINISH: Dry finish dominated by wood and spice.

Whistler Double Oaked (S52)

A hand selected, premium Irish whiskey expression that is crafted in small batches using some of Ireland’s finest triple distilled malt and grain whiskeys. Our Head Distiller selects the finest whiskeys matured exclusively in ex-bourbon barrels before transferring them into our signature Oloroso sherry barrels for six months which create a complex and full-bodied whiskey. Salted caramel and vanilla jump out of the glass with light oak spices and undertones of zesty citrus, honey and a hint of nuts. 40% ABV

Redbreast 12yr Single Pot Still (S54)

Our signature bottling, Redbreast 12 boasts the flavor complexity and distinctive qualities of Pot Still whiskey. Matured in a combination of bourbon and sherry casks, the distinctive Redbreast sherry style is a joy to behold in each and every bottle. Full flavored and complex with silky smooth with a harmonious balance of spicy, fruity, sherry and toasted notes.
