Fruit carefully tended and managed using sensible, sustainable methods requires minimal intervention from the winemaker for our terroir to show its potential. The result is wines of quality with unique flavour profiles - wines with a freshness and minerality not found elsewhere in Marlborough.

Its clayey-gravelly soil, combined with environmentally friendly, sustainable vineyard management and traditional winemaking, gives this Cotes de Bordeaux its finesse and elegance
Bouchard Pere et Fils Bourgogne Reserve (A66)
This Bourgogne A.O.C. is subject to a special selection of 100% Pinot Noir grapes that come principally from the renowned communes of the Côte de Beaune, like Beaune, Chorey-lès-Beaune, Savigny, Santenay and Maranges Founded in 1731 in Beaune by Michel Bouchard, Bouchard Père & Fils, is one of the oldest wine estates in Burgundy, perpetuating tradition for nearly 3 centuries and 9 generations. In 1775, Joseph Bouchard acquired his first vineyards in Volnay in the famous “Les Caillerets” climat and started to develop the family’s vineyard holdings.
Savary Chablis (A81)
The Savarys have finally earned the recognition for their hard work, and are highly regarded in the appellation. The clay-limestone hillsides of the Kimmeridgian chain are excellent for growing dazzling, complex Chardonnay, also known here as "Beaunois."
Newton Unfiltered Cabernet (A87)
Ruby in color, it presents a deep purple hue. The Unfiltered Cabernet Sauvignon 2018 boasts aromas of red wild cherry with tobacco notes, followed by dark fruit and spices.
Skyside Chardonnay (A89)
Skyside Chardonnay 2017 has vibrant aromas of peach, bright citrus and honeysuckle. The wine enters full with white nectarine and citrus fruit notes that continue in the palate.
