Bombay Sapphire (S11)

A well known example of London Dry Gin with 10 hand-selected botanicals from exotic locations around the world.

NOTES

Bombay Sapphire opens with a touch of juniper, ripe citrus, and hints of spice in the fragrance. The palate is exceptionally smooth and allows the botanicals to open up one by one and mix in the most lovely way with juniper slightly at the forefront. The finish is bolder but retains the spirit's brightness.

Tequila Fortaleza Blanco (S12)

A pure and unadulterated blanco tequila from the family that invented the style.

NOTES

With a lineage dating back to the first to export Tequila to the U.S. comes the most amazing blanco yet. Cooked in stone ovens, crushed by stone, and fermented in wooden vats, water from a local spring in Tequila Valley, this is Tequila like it was and like it should be. Remarkable body and rich flavors, hide this from all but your best of friends.

Belvedere Vodka (S13)

Belvedere Vodka is a brand of Polish rye vodka produced and distributed by LVMH. It is named after Belweder, the Polish presidential palace in Warsaw, whose illustration appears on its bottles.

Dolin Rouge (S19)

From its start in 1821, Dolin Vermouth de Chambery has been in the highest tier for fine French Vermouth. Dolin Rouge imparts lovely spicy notes amid its light and fresh profile. Try over ice with a citrus twist or make an exceptional Manhattan or refreshing Negroni.

NOTES

Botanicals found in the Alpine meadows above ChambÃ©ry are added to a base wine made from regional grapes to aromatize it, imparting fresh, herbal qualities to the nose and complex flavors to palate. It is then fortified. The Rouge is ideal as an aperitif or in a wide range of cocktails. In the late 19th century, Dolin Vermouth de ChambÃ©ry won medals in Paris, London, St. Louis and Philadelphia and in 1932 earned ChambÃ©ry France's only Appellation dâ€™ Origine for Vermouth. From Wine Spectator: "Dolin, the last of the ChambÃ©ry producers of France, makes dry vermouth that is citrusy and grapey, as well as a sweet and floral style. Its Rouge is notably less sugary-sweet than many of its Italian counterparts, with notes of dried fruit and honey.

Leopold Bros Absinthe Verte (S24)

An Absinthe Verte is produced following the traditions of 19th Century European master distillers.

NOTES

They start with a grape distillate base (in their case, this means imported Chilean Pisco) and add the required ingredients to constitute absinthe: anise seed, fennel, and grande wormwood. Other botanicals are also added to our small batch still. Following distillation of this blend, they naturally color the result by steeping the distillate in coloring herbs such as lemon balm and hyssop. The result is a brilliantly emerald green spirit that is the perfect touch for classic cocktails such as The Sazerac.

Tequila Fortaleza Reposado (S25)

Aromas of citrus, caramel, butter, cooked agave, and sage are the beginning of a pleasingly balanced and very unique tasting experience.

NOTES

Flavors include cooked agave, citrus, vanilla, apple, earth, and cinnamon. The finish is long and rich, delicately spicy, and it has an oily texture that make this a joy to drink.

Clemente Rhum Blanc (S34)

Cement Rhum Blanc is an approachable and highly mixable rum perfect for cocktails. "Rhum Agricole" is distilled from sugarcane juice as is typical in Martinique and proudly wears the "AOC Martinique" designation signifying an exemplary degree of expertise in every stage of production

NOTES

Maturation: Rested in stainless steel tanks for 6 months and gradually reduced over time

Nose: Sweet and vegetal with hints of black tea.

Palate: Soft and graceful with a notes of fresh cutgrass and green beans.

Gin Lane 1751, Small Batch Old Tom Gin (S36)

Old Tom Gin is lighter and less intense than a London Dry and was very common in the Victorian Times. A sweeter style gin, we've increased the star anise botanical and added a touch of refined sugar to create a full-bodied, perfectly balanced gin.

NOTES

Staying true to the authentic and classic style, Old Tom gin should never be barrel aged nor have any color to the liquid.

Style: A smooth, full-flavoured gin with a softer and slightly sweet profile.

Taste: Silky and smooth with a sweet, citrus and earthy finish. Made with 100% refined sugarcane.

Goslings Black Seal Black Rum (S38)

Goslings Black Seal Rum, made from a 150-year-old Gosling family recipe, uses the finest distillates aged in charred American oak casks.

NOTES

The smooth, full flavor is the result of a careful blend of aged pot still and continuous still distillates. One imparts flavor, the other yields a subtle elegance.

Tramonto Limoncello (S39)

Il Tramonto translates to sunshine in Italian. This Italian produced spirit brand offers unmatched premium flavor.

NOTES

Amalfi coast lemons have few seeds, minimizing the bitterness, while the lemon itself is bursting with sweet and sour flavor. The lemons are fermented and steeped in a mixture of natural sugar and alcohol for at least 20 days. Lightly toasty lemon poppy seed muffin aromas lead into almost a lemon sherbert character with a light lemon zest note. Somehow it finishes quite clean with a mineral and pepper tone.
