Mueller Piesporter Michelsburg Auslese (W10)

Piesport, Mosel-Saar-Ruwer, Germany- Produced from very ripe grapes grown in the prestigious Mosel region, this wine possesses a wonderful bouquet of fruits and well-defined, vibrant flavors. It has a finish which goes on and on. Enjoy with fish, fruits, or cheese.

Cuilleron Syrah Vignes da Cote (W11)

The IGP Collines Rhodaniennes Les Vignes d'à Côté is made of 100% Syrah from vines planted on a mix of granite and alluvial soils. All grapes are hand-harvested, partially destemmed and fermented with native yeasts in open top, temperature-controlled vats. The wine is then aged for eight months in a mix of stainless steel and oak barrels. This Syrah shows features a beautiful deep purple color with an expressive nose that delivers a gorgeous purity of black fruits combined with notes of spice and violets. On the palate, the wine burst with fruit intensity complemented by a lovely mineral undertone that flow into a refreshing and surprisingly complex finish. Enjoy with roasted chicken thighs seasoned with smoked paprika.

Torremoron Tempranillo Ribera Del Duero (W12)

Torremoron Tempranillo is a unique and pure expression of Ribera del Duero's finest grapes. Sourced from extremely old vines and crafted by skilled winemaker Fernando de la Cal, this 100% Tempranillo wine showcases vibrant black and blue fruit aromas with a hint of peppery spice and smoky minerals. On the palate, it delivers intense boysenberry and cassis flavors, creating a seamless and expressive experience with a long, fruit tannic finish.

Gabrielle Vivien Chablis (W26)

An abundance of wild flowers embrace aromas of fresh lemon, lime and lemongrass. The palate is round with freshly cut pears, citrus peel, ginger spice, wet stones and salt. Focused and layered, this wine should pair well with fresh prawns and lobster.

Pardon & Fils Beaujolais Villages (W28)

This 100% Gamay red is light-bodied and features red berry perfume and a floral bouquet, with dark cherry and cassis fruit in the mouth. The fresh taste is perfect for a picnic or barbeque.

Rocca Felice Gavi Del Comune Di Gavi (W29)

This has subdued aromas suggesting field flower and honeydew. The extremely simple, light-bodied palate offers suggestions of green apple and the barest hint of almond.

Clos Chapon Vouvray Demi Sec Chenin Blanc (W30)

This semi-sweet white wine has an elegant nose with aromas of ripe peach, apricot, and acacia and is surprisingly rich and concentrated on the palate. Serve chilled as an aperitif, or with fish or poultry.

Gramont Chorey-Les-Beaune Les Beaumonts (W31)

Rich and jammy, this Pinot Noir from southern Burgundy has a fresh, fruit-driven nose. The elegant palate is laced with notes of berry, earth and spiced fruit, wrapping into a floral, pretty finish.

Taylor Fladgate 20 Yr Tawny (W32)

A warm, flattering style, with date, ginseng, toffee, caramel and mulled raisin flavors that take on a plump feel as they move through, ending with a flash of green tea that keeps this just lively enough.

Mauro Veglio Barolo (W33)

Opens to a medium-dark appearance and concentration. The wine’s more saturated approach is transferred to the bouquet with red and purple fruits, tangy cedarwood, potting soil and pressed rose. This is a classic expression of Nebbiolo.

St. Giorgio Chianti Classico Riserva (W34)

One of the best Chianti for the consistency of its extractive texture, the soft-tannic souplesse, the sharpness and the still unoxidized and lively purple strength of its blackberry so clearly, calibrated, sweetly spiced.
