Grand Marnier (S10)

Made from a blend of Cognac brandy, distilled essence of bitter orange, and sugar.

NOTES
Created in 1880 by Louis-Alexandre Marnier Lapostolle by combining the character of cognac with the intensity of bitter orange. This refined liqueur contains 40% ABV (51% cognac and 49% orange liqueur).

Bombay Sapphire (S11)

A well known example of London Dry Gin with 10 hand-selected botanicals from exotic locations around the world.

NOTES
Bombay Sapphire opens with a touch of juniper, ripe citrus, and hints of spice in the fragrance. The palate is exceptionally smooth and allows the botanicals to open up one by one and mix in the most lovely way with juniper slightly at the forefront. The finish is bolder but retains the spirit's brightness.

Belvedere Vodka (S13)

Belvedere Vodka is a brand of Polish rye vodka produced and distributed by LVMH. It is named after Belweder, the Polish presidential palace in Warsaw, whose illustration appears on its bottles.

Bacardi Silver (S18)

An example of unaged white rum.

NOTES
Before Don Facundo rewrote the script, white rums were harsh, crude and unrefined. In 1862 he created BACARDÍ SUPERIOR following 10 years of dedication to craft the perfect rum. With distinctive vanilla and almond notes which are developed in white oak barrels and shaped through a secret blend of charcoal for a distinctive smoothness.

The Bacardi logo comes from the bat as a symbol of good fortune. Doña Amalia Bacardí spotted fruit bats in the family’s distillery, she insisted it be used as their symbol. Today it remains on the bottle, helping the family survive whatever fate throws at it.

Glenmorangie 10yr (S41)

Glenmorangie Single Malt Scotch Whisky originates in the Scottish Highlands where it is distilled in the tallest malt whisky stills in Scotland, expertly matured in the finest oak casks, only used twice. Featured in the EWA Certificate in Scotch Whisky Kit as an example of a whiskey made in a tall copper still.

Glenmorangie Original, Scotland's favorite Single Malt, is matured for 10 years in American White Oak ex-bourbon casks.

First released more than 175 years ago by the founders, the original Glenmorangie 10 year old was known for its mellow tones and delicacy of flavour.

To give Original a delicious, go-anywhere finesse, they make it in their giraffe-high stills, then age it 10 years in bourbon casks to absorb all manner of delectable flavours.

The result is a smooth whisky which welcomes you with a rush of citrus, then holds your attention with layers of luscious flavour, from orange to honey and creamy vanilla, with bursts of peach.

A blend of over 40 eaux de vies from the four premier growing regions of Cognac. Beautiful golden color with a fruity sweetness and a hint of vanilla in the finish. A classic.

Volcan de mi Tierra (S57)

Volcan De Mi Tierra Blanco blends its herbal, citrus, and spicy notes with fruity notes found in cherry and pear. Sweet agave notes with delicate hints of grapefruit and a touch of black pepper spice, resulting in a well finished balance.

Volcan de mi Tierra is named after a real volcano that sits in the lowlands of Jalisco, Mexico, "Volcan de Tequila". 200,000 years ago the tequila volcano erupted, shaping the land and topography of the Jalisco region. That eruption covered the area in rich volcanic soil, making the area ideal for the growth of blue agave. The ash of the volcano created a soil rich in basalt and iron, which gives our tequila its particular taste.

Woodinville Straight Bourbon Whiskey (S58)

This whiskey is 5+ years in the making, and the first truly craft-produced Bourbon to be aged in a standard 53 gallon barrel for this length of time. 100% Mashed, Distilled, Aged, and Bottled in Washington State. 72% corn, 22% rye, 6% malted barley

A powerful Cognac, harmonious and elegant. Fragrant and generous scents of crystallized fruit, oak, spices, and emanations of old leather. Lovely long aftertaste of cinnamon and vanilla. Blended from specially selected Cognacs aged up to 70 years.
